Mobile banking available to FNB customers
First National Bank customers are now able to track their spending habits, check their balance and make electronic bill payments from their smartphones.
FNB has created an enhanced Online Banking System and also introduced Mobile Banking.
“For generations, personal service has been the signature of The First National Bank of Brundidge,” said John Ramage, senior vice president of FNB. “But at the same time, we recognize the need to embrace technology as a means of enhancing our customers’ banking experience and to help make banking easier and more accessible, 24/7.”
The Mobile Banking service will allow enrolled customers to access account balances, review transaction history, transfer funds between their accounts and make electronic bill payments. Customers can also use a simple SMS text to securely check balances and transactions.
The new Online Banking service will feature innovative solutions including tools that allow customers to track spending habits and set budget goals. FinanceWorks, a top-rated online financial management group, customers will be able to manage their financial accounts across more than 16,000 institutions.
FNB has also added an online feature that let’s customers download their statements into Quicken or QuickBooks.
FNB’s Mobile Banking app is available for free for both Android and Apple devices, but message and data rates will apply.
“Reports indicate that almost one in five consumers has utilized mobile banking during the past year, and demand is increasing for a new generation of banking customers,” he said. “The First National Bank is dedication to staying on the innovative forefront for the well-being of all our customers.”
