Bama Lee Floyd

Bama Lee Floyd, 86, of Troy died Monday, September 13, 1999 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 15, 1999, at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Rev. Ken May officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park on Highway 29 with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Pat Anderson; Gail and Arnold Rhodes; four grandchildren, Greg Anderson; Donna Stephens; Mike Rhodes; Maria Johnston; seven great-grandchildren, Dean; Rachel and Alla Anderson; Ivey and Amy Stephens; Preston Rhodes; Colton Johnson, all of Troy; two brothers, R.E. Jones of Troy; Joseph Jones of Brundidge; two sisters, Agnes Jones of Atlanta; Helen Fredrick of Troy; devoted caregiver and friend, Rubie Townsend of Troy; several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Wade Green, Billy Joe Deramus, Joe Stephens, Tommie Ray Oliver, Charles Pickett, and Gene Green.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Deacons of Southside Baptist Church, Keenagers at Southside Baptist Church and Ruth Sunday School Class.

Memorial contributions may be made to Southside Baptist Church of Troy.

Visitation was held between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, 1999, at Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.
