Mary O. Ingram

Mary O. Ingram, 87, of Pike Manor Health Care Center in Troy and formerly a resident of Brundidge for 50 years, died Monday, Oct. 15, 2001 at Edge Regional Medical Center.
Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 17 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Brundidge with the Rev. John Emfinger officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
Mrs. Ingram was the daughter of Robert and Mamie D. Olds. She was an active member of Salem Baptist Church and was always involved in missions and outreach activities.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Don Rice of Lake Worth, Fla.; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Shirley Ingram of Smiths, Douglas and Kathy Ingram of Brundidge; grandchildren, Doug and Merrisa Ingram of Montgomery, Mark Ingram of Brundidge, Connis Ingram of Roswell, Ga.; sister, Ree Dawson of Union Springs; brothers, Winfred Olds of Columbus, Ga. and Alvis Olds of Plant City, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Olds.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons or Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery Fund in Louisville.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
Corrie Jackson Gibson
Corrie Jackson Gibson, 95, of Troy died Friday, Oct. 12, 2001 at Edge Regional Medical Center.
Services were at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 14 at First Baptist Church of Troy with Dr. Ed Walter officiating. Burial was at Providence Cemetery in Glenwood with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, William Wayne and Sylvia Gibson of Glenwood, Andrew Mack and Mary Gibson of Troy; grandchildren, Natalie Gail (Terry) Studstill of Acworth, Ga., Melanie Mary (David) Geary of Birmingham and Andrew Mack Gibson Jr. of Mobile; two great-grandchildren, Brittnee Kayla Studstill and Natalie Gibson Studstill, both of Acworth; brother and sister-in-law, Daniel Forrest and Eula Pearl Jackson of Glenwood; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, I.D. Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Troy.
Pallbearers were Andrew Mack Jackson Jr., Terry Jackson Studstill, Charles David Geary, Dr. Daniel Forrest Jackson III, Dr. Andrew Curtis Jackson, Dr. Ivan Douglas Jackson and Dr. Timothy Michael Jackson. Honorary pallbearers were members of the J.O. Colley Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church of Troy.
William Fred Dykes
William Fred Dykes, 86, of Troy died Friday, Oct. 12, 2001 at Edge Regional Medical Center.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15 at Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken May officiating. Burial wasat Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William Fred Jr. and Sylvia Dykes of Dothan, daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Conrad DiMichelle of Scuba, Miss., Becky and Alan Williams of Panama City Beach, Fla., Joan and Paul Word of Troy; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; sisters, Exa Pouncey of Troy, Frances Ingram of Brundidge, Eloise Dykes of Brundidge; brothers, Frank Dykes of Brundidge and Ernest Dykes of Brundidge.
Mr. Dykes was preceded in death by his wife Audie Bullard Dykes.
