who died Tuesday, Feb., 19, 2002, in Tallahassee, will be at 2

p. m., Saturday, Feb.,

23, at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Brundidge with the Rev. Richard Holmes officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p. m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dickert was a

native of Clio. She lived in

Panama City from 1954 until she moved to Tallahassee in November. She was a member of Gulf Beach Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie (Butch) Dickert.

Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Dixie and Andy Kimmey of Live Oak Island, Fla., and Emily and Preston Mathews of Tallahassee; a brother, Col. Robert Strickland of Texas; a sister, Marion Bessant of Panama City; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Brundidge Methodist Church, Hospice or the charity of your choice.

Services for Jeffie Pearl King, 79, of Brundidge, who died Friday, Feb., 15, 2002, will be at 2:30 p. m., Saturday, Feb. 23, at

Mount Olive Baptist Church

with the Rev. W. M. Daniels officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Bell’s Liptrot-Dawson Funeral Home of Brundidge.

Visitation is from

6 to 9 p. m. today at the funeral home.

Rev. Norman Ray Chapman, 54, of Toxey, who died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002 at Wayne General Hospital in Waynesboro, MS.

will be at 2 p. m. Saturday, Feb., 23 from the chapel of

Phillips Funeral Home in Gilbertown with the Revs.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Phillips Funeral Home.

He was the pastor of Toxey Assembly of God Church in Toxey. He pastored seven churches within 28 years. They include Waller Ridge Assembly of God, Movella Assembly of God, Hobson Assembly of God, Winfield Assembly of God, Shady Grove Assembly of God, Mt. Olive Assembly of God and Toxey Assembly of God.

He was preceded in death by his parents, W. O. and Emma Rene Chapman; and one sister , Rachel

Sullivan.

Survivors include sons and a daughter-in-law, the Rev. Lamar and Tonya Chapman of Waynesboro, Miss., and the Rev. Douglas R. Chapmam of Gilbertown; one daughter and her husband, Labona and the Rev. Edward Shoemaker of Carthage, Miss.; three brothers, Randall Chapman, Wendell Chapman and Toney Chapman all of Gilberttown; four sisters, Faye Hudson of Coffeville, Joyce Turner of Needham, Lynette Daniels of Gilbertown and Sheila Bonner of Toxey; and four grandchildren, Benjamin Shoemaker, Ivie Shoemaker, Luke Chapman and Cooper Chapman.

Pallbearers are Homer Johnson, Ronald Adams, Walter Wilson, Tommy Nelson, Lewis Rhodes and Austin Wilson.

Honorary

pallbearers are the congregation of the Toxey Assembly of God Church.
