Hi-Pine Economy Buildings started their first business in Highland Home in June of 1991 and
the Troy location was opened on April 15, 2001.
Hi-Pine offers portable storage buildings and portable decks that you can rent to own. There are currently 23 buildings in stock and delivery is available.
J. A. Trammell, owner of Hi-Pine, said that the buildings are used for storage, for office space and for mother-in-law buildings (backyard apartments).
And if the low prices aren’t enough to make you smile, then Trammell’s dry humor certainly will.
There are two different types of buildings available, economy buildings and premium buildings.
Economy buildings are constructed of steel metal, without any of the &uot;fancies&uot;. The small economy buildings are without windows, and only have one door. The large economy buildings have two windows and one door.
Premium buildings are constructed completely of aluminum. The 8×10 ft. and 8×12 ft. buildings all come with one window. The 8×16 ft., 10×16 ft., and 10×20 ft. buildings have two windows and the 12×24 ft. building has 4 windows.
Everybody is welcomed to browse and look. Trammell and Emma Wood, sales associate, will be glad to answer any and all questions.
Hi-Pine Economy Buildings is located at Rt. 1 191 K in Troy and can be reached at 807-0393.
