Luther Carroll Walters, 75, of Ellenwood, Ga. died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001 at his home.

Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, 2001 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy. Burial will be at Joquin Cemetery in Goshen with Dillard Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include Sybileen Walters of Ellenwood; daughter and son-in-law, Syble and Brooks Hanson of McDonough, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law, Martha and the Rev. Lavone Davis of Goshen; brothers and sis-in-law, Titus and Emogene Walters of Goshen and Billy Walters of Goshen; grandchildren, Shirley and Michael Eddy and McDonough; four nieces, one nephew; several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by his son, Danny E. Walters.

Pallbearers will be Michael Eddy, Ben Davis, Russell Teal, Mike Mixson, Ray West, Cliff Youngblood, Lewis Sanders and Wendall Sanders.
