A lot of talk has been made about the possibility of Troy and Troy State University hosting the 2000 AISA Football Championships and the benefits for both.

Trying to keep pace with the league-leading and undefeated Dixie Youth Cardinals, the Rogers Company Inc. White Sox notched a couple of big wins last week outscoring the Lyncoach Reds and Dairy Fresh Red Sox by 10 runs and ending both games early.
Tournament team selected for Dixie Boys 13 and 14

Cardinals seal up top spot in Dixie Youth ranks with 9-1 win over White Sox
The Wallace Pump and Supply Cardinals solidified their number one spot in the Dixie Youth ranks Saturday with a 9-1 win over the second place Rogers Company White Sox improving their overall record to an undefeated 14-0.
Trojans add two more to 2001 list
Troy State baseball added two more players to its growing list of 2000 signees with a junior college outfielder and a high school pitcher. That puts the number at nine new additions for the 2001 squad.
Troy State set to hold softball camp

Bowdens return to Troy State for camp
For the second straight year, Troy State University will serve as host to the Bowden Quarterback/Receiver Academy. The camp will have two sessions. Session I is June 18-21, while Session II is June 21-24.
