Eddie S. Culpepper, Sr.
Services for Eddie S. Culpepper, Sr., 62, of Banks who died Saturday March 29, 2003 at his home was at 2 p.m. Monday March 31, 2003 at Ramah Primitive Baptist Church in Banks on Al. Highway 29 North with Rev. Earl Oakes officiating.
There was a one hour lie-in-state prior to the service.
Burial was in Ramah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday March 30, 2003 at the funeral home.
Mr. Culpepper was born June 16, 1940 in Troy. His parents were Ed Lamar Culpepper and Helen Ruth Atkins Culpepper. Mr. Culpepper was a painter.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Culpepper of Banks; son and his wife, Eddie and Cheryl Culpepper of Fairhope; daughter, Lisa Powell of Smiths; grandchildren, Mallory and Whitney Cannon and Steve Hardin all of Smiths and expected granddaughter; great-grandson, Anthony Hand of Smiths and a sister and her husband, Naomi and Brady Phillips of Banks.
Margaret Ford
Services for Margaret Ford, 79, of Troy who died Sunday March 30, 2003 at Baptist South Medical Center in Montgomery will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday April 01, 2003 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. L. C. McMillian officiating.
Burial will be in Carroll Street Cemetery under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation was from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Monday March 31, 2003 at the funeral home.
She was born May 05, 1923 in Pike County. Her parents were Lonzo Wilson and Bertha Wynn.
She was preceded in death by two children, Yvonne Jones and Linda M. Terry and her parents, Lonzo Wilson and Bertha Wynn.
Survivors include four children and their husband and wives; Myrtle and Jake Wingard, Jerry Terry, James E. and Barbara Terry and Charlie and Helen Terry, Jr.; three sisters and husband, Lucille Jackson, Norma J.
and Edward Williams and Edna Wilson; four brothers and wife, Gary and Elaine Wilson, Fred Wilson, Jerome Wilson and Anthony Wilson; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
Floralbearers will be friends and family.
Beatrice M. Frazier
Services for Beatrice M. Frazier, 74, of Troy who died Thursday March 27, 2003 at Edge Regional Medical Center was at 10 a.m. March 29, 2003 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Revs. Otis Derrah and Terry Blair officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery, Highway 231 S. under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. March 28, 2003 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Frazier was born October 08, 1928 in Coffee County. Her parents were Johnny Matthews and Nona Bessie Lee Lickey Matthews.
Survivors include her husband, Wilmer Frazier of Troy; sons and their wives, Jim and Carrool Frazier and
grandson and wife, Douglas and Leslie Frazier both of Orlando, Florida; sister and her husband Annie and C.A. Slawson of Elba; nieces, Onnie Jo Boswell of Elba, Virginia Simmons of Enterprise and Carolyn Crumpler of Banks and several other nieces and nephews.
