Services for Willodene Galimore, 78, of Dothan who died Sunday, December 28, 2003 at Westside Terrace in Dothan will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday December 30 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Webber officiating.
Burial will follow in Pine Level Community Cemetery under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home of Elba.
Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Galimore was a lifelong resident of the Pine Level Community near Elba. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Galimore.
Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Lynda Gayle and Joe Flowers and Brenda and Don Ethridge both of Dothan; two sons and their wives, Mac and Diann Galimore of Troy and Lamar and Florence Galimore of Zephyrhills, Florida; two brothers, Naftel W. Nelson of Brantley and Waylon Nelson of Elba; sister, Margeret Rushing of Mobile; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Annie L. (Jackie) Bruce
Services for Annie L. (Jackie) Bruce, 81, a resident of Luverne, who died Friday, December 26, 2003 as a result of a fall will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 31 at Dunklin-Herndon Funeral Home Chapel in Greenville with Pastor Mike Green officiating.
Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Dunklin-Herndon Funeral Home of Elba.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bruce was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret Bryson and by her husband, Spencer Bruce.
Survivors include a son and his wife, Bob and Georgette Bruce of
Ila , Georgia; two sisters,
Mrs. Bo Honeycutt of Alabaster and Mrs. Bobbie Carter of Greenville; brother-in-law, Guy A. Bruce of Luverne; son-in-law, John Montgomery of Lapine; five grandchildren and their husbands and wives, Bryson and Jason Wilson, Joshua Bruce, Mary Ann and Matt Hudson, Beth Montgomery and Hannah and Ben Clark.

Margrett Beverly Bunn
Graveside services for Margrett Beverly Bunn, 75, of Madison who died Monday in Huntsville will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Aberfoil Cemetery in Aberfoil.
Burial will be under the direction of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.
Mrs.Bunn was an active member of the Daughters of American Revolution and Colonial Dames.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Bunn; three sons, Wiley Bunn, Frank Bunn and Thomas Bunn; six grandchildren, Andrew and Michael Bunn, Tera Wyatt, Catherine Bunn, Bobbie Bunn and Taylor Bunn and one great-grandson, Lawson Wyatt.

Norman Jackson Grubbs, Esquire
Services for Norman Jackson Grubbs, Esquire of Troy who died December 27, 2003 at Troy Regional Medical Center will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday December 30, 2003 at Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Troy with Rev. Bobby Cox officiating.
Burial will be in Carroll Street Cemetery in Troy under the direction of George F. Grubbs Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation was from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. Monday, December 29 at the funeral home.
Mr. Grubbs was born in Troy. He was the valedictorian of his high school class and obtained a law degree. He was semi retired as a lawyer and a member of Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Troy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel B. and Lovie Mae Grubbs and one brother, Daniel Grubbs, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Grubbs of Troy; two sons and wife, Norman Osaygefo and Terri Grubbs of Montgomery and Norman Wier Grubbs of Tuscaloosa; sister, Ann Grubbs Sims of Chicago; brother, George F. Grubbs of Troy; mother-in-law, Mrs. Jesse B. Wier of Carrollton; two sisters-in-law; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Stewards and Trustees and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Floralbearers are Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Missionary Society.
Charlotte Lorene Youngblood Dawkins
Graveside services for Charlotte Lorene Youngblood Dawkins, 61, of Prattville who died Sunday, December 28, 2003 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery will be at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, December 31, 2003 at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy with Dr. Travis Coleman officiating.
Burial will be under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Youngblood.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence "Chuck" Dawkins of Prattville; son, Charles "Chuck" Howard Dawkins of Prattville and his mother, Lorene Youngblood of Prattville.

Patsy Ann Woods
Services for Patsy Ann Woods, 48, of Troy, who died December 26, 2003 at Troy Regional Medical Center are 12 p.m. Dec. 31 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. L.C. McMilliam officiating.
Burial will be in the Antioch Church Cemetery under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation is 12:30 until 5 p.m. Dec. 30 at Harrison Funeral Home in Troy.
Ms. Woods was born Feb. 18, 1055 in Pike County to Mr. Pat Bryant and Mrs. Mary Emma Bryant. She was a 1973 graduate of Charles Henderson High School and furthered her education at Trenholm State Technical College in Montgomery, graduating with a major in business education. She was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church were she served in the nurses guild and youth departments. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by three aunts, Annie Lois McKinnon, Annie B. Allen, both of Troy, and Mattie (Amos) Williams of Hollywood, Fla.; four uncles, Edward (Hattie) Lee of Valdosta, Ga., Jim Frank (Mary) Lee of Brundidge, J.B. (Lillie) Lee and Robert (Dorothy) Lee, all of Troy; a special friend, Earl Jarrett of Troy; a devoted childhood friend and classmate, Shelia Baker Deveridge; and a host of other friends and relatives.
Pallbearers are members of the Class of 1973. Floralbearers are members of the Class of 1973 and friends of the family.
William W. Kelly
Services for William W. Kelly, 85, of Seminole, who died Sunday, December 28, 2003, are 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31 at Seminole First Baptist Church in Seminole. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery in Seminole under the direction of Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home of Pensacola.
Visitation is from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30 at the funeral home.
Mr. Kelly was born June 29, 1918 in Macon County to James C. Kelly and Ellie Holiday Kelly. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War, retiring after 20 years of service. Mr. Kelly also retired from Air Products after 15 years of employment.
Mr. Kelly was preceded in death by his wife Lillian Eunice Kelly.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Gerald W. and Lisa Kelly of Seminole; a daughter, Sheila Ann Kelly of Robertsdale; a sister, Ruby Bunyan of Holley-Navarre, Fla.; three grandchildren, Justin Kelly, Nancy Kelly and Matthew Mostyn, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are W.D. Mitchell, Earl Mitchell, Justin Kelly, Matthew Mostyn, Virgil Kelly and Gerald Kelly.
Honorary pallbearers are Jack Donovan, Joseph Donovan, Patrick Donovan, Jason Britt and Walter Birks.
Alice Green Thornton
The memorial service for Alice Green Thornton, age 100 of Troy will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 2, 2004 at the First United Methodist Church, Troy with the Reverend Dr. John Brannon and the Reverend Philip Thornton officiating. Mrs. Thornton, a retired Art Education Professor at Troy State University passed away at home, December 4, 2003. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.
