Jewell Moore Mallory

Services for Jewell Moore Mallory, 85, of Andalusia, who died Tuesday, March 30, 2004 at Opp Health and Rehab, are 11 a.m. Friday at Salem Baptist Church in Brundidge with the Rev. Bobby Hood officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Brundidge.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at Salem Baptist Church.

Mrs. Mallory was born December 3, 1918 in Coffee County. She worked as the secretary at Salem Baptist Church until she retired.

She is preceded in death by her husband Grover R. Mallory and her parents Robert H. Moore and Allie Mae Wilks Moore.

She is survived by her son Jerome (Anne) Mallory of Andalusia; grandchildren Dr. Michael (Kimberly) Mallory of Bellingham, WA; Anna (Todd) Smith of Birmingham; great grandchildren Ryan, A.J., Canon, Shannon Mallory, Redmund and Liam Smith; sister Onie (Pete) Dawson of Brewton; two brothers Fred (Jean) Moore of Elba, Robert Curtis Moore of New Orleans, LA.

The family is accepting flowers or, memorials may be made to the Senior Adult Group of Salem Baptist Church.
