Frances Parker, 88, of Jack, died at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Monday, September 17, 2007. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. There will be a one hour lie-in-state prior to the service at the church. The funeral service will be held at New Hope Baptist Church on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Jerry Long and Reverend Mack King officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Baptist Church Cemetery. The family request that memorials be made to your favorite charity. The pallbearers are Mack Ziglar, Danny Parker, Edwin Parker, Donny Parker, Scott Parrish, and Linc Graham. The honorary pallbearers are the Golden Hearts SS Class at New Hope Baptist Church. Mrs. Parker is survived by her husband of 76 years, Jessie Parker of the New Hope Community, 4 children, Tiny Merle (Alvin) Holte of Brundidge, Rex Parker of Brundidge, Eloise (Jerry) Ziglar of Montgomery, and Ray (Annette) Parker of Jack, 8 grandchildren, Debra Forehand, Mack Ziglar, Melanie Tindol, Kaye Parrish, Danny Parker, Michele Boyd, Edwin Parker, and Donny Parker, 15 great grandchildren, Amanda, Jessica, Clay, Melanie, Kaye, Edwin, Emily, Olivia, Kyle, Joshua, Jennifer, Jasmine, Lucas, Brooklyn, and Emily, 9 great great grandchildren, Spencer, Sawyer, Sarah, Emma, Anna Beth, Abigail, Jeremiah, Megan, and Mackenzie, brothers, Henry (Ann) Blanton Chance and Samuel (Ann) Walker Chance, sister-in-law, Cleone Chance, brother-in-law, Tom Campbell, several nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
