The Troy Planning Commission approved last week the final phase of development for the Deer Stand Hill Subdivision.
The plat will create 41 patio home lots that average 60 feet in width and 125 feet in depth on a total of around 9 acres, according to the minutes of Thursday’s meeting.
City Planner Calvin Lott said this will make a total of around 80 homes in the subdivision once construction is complete.
The Deer Stand Hill subdivision is located at the north end of Deer Stand Hill Trail, east of Prospect Ridge and south of the Wild Ridge subdivision.
Three streets will also be created, with hopes of future development being added later on the east side.
The project was represented by Walt Stell of Environmental Precision Asst., LLC, but he could not be reached for comment.
