Charles Henderson and Goshen will celebrate homecoming this week and both look to pick up that all important fourth region win.
Zion Chapel plays their biggest game of the season as they travel to take on top-ranked Elba.
Here is a look at the area’s action.
All game time are 7 p.m.
Rehobeth (2-4, 1-3) at CHHS (3-3, 3-1)
The Trojans look to knock off a Rebels squad coming off two consecutive wins. CHHS currently stands ties for second with Eufaula in Class 5A Region 2.
Samson (3-3, 2-2) at Goshen (4-2, 3-1)
Goshen can even the all-time series against Samson with a win. Running back Reginald Foster was a little banged up in the game with Calhoun but appears to be 100 percent for tonight’s game.
Zion Chapel (5-1, 3-1) at Elba (6-0, 4-0)
In what could be the biggest game in Zion Chapel’s history, the Rebels can take control on the region with an upset of Elba.
PLAS (4-2, 1-2) at Ft. Dale (3-3, 3-2)
The Patriots are facing must-win games form here on out in region play. PLAS hasn’t defeated Ft. Dale since the 2008 AISA State Championship game.
With five starters out for the season, Pike has to make several adjustments on the fly.
Pike County (0-6, 0-4) at Daleville(2-4,1-3)
The Bulldogs hit the road to take on another slumping program in Daleville. If PCHS can keep Warhawk running back Brandon Burks in check they have a chance to pick up their first win.
