Charles Henderson splits with Stanhope Elmore

Charles Henderson bounced back from a 7-5 defeat in the first game of a doubleheader to knock off Stanhope Elmore, 7-5, in the second game.
After building a 3-1 lead heading into the fourth, the Trojans saw their fortunes turn as the Mustangs took a 5-3 advantage in the sixth.
In the home half of the inning, Austin Adler doubled home Luke Hastings, who reached on an error, then Reilly Fox followed with a RBI single to tie the game.
Jalin Lawson would later walk before Joey Denison delivered the knock-out blow with a 2-RBI double scoring both Lawson and Fox.
Tripp Blackmon picked up the win on the mound, tossing six innings and striking out three.
Jalin Lawson earned the save by throwing a scoreless seventh inning.
Fox finished 2-for-4 at the plate with a triple and three RBI while Lawson was 1-for-3 with a RBI double.
