University Avenue is closed this week to through traffic while crews repair the roadway in front of the new dining facility on Troy University’s campus. Foundation issues caused the pavers that were in place to sink. Crews are removing the pavers and firming up the foundation to fix the issue. There is no set completion date, but Troy University estimates it will be some time next week. Collegedale Street has been reopened to handle through traffic until work on the roundabout is complete.
