The Charles Henderson High School baseball team will host Student Appreciation Day next week.
On March 12th, the Trojans will give free admission to any Troy City Schools student wearing blue or orange to the game.
Door prizes will also be given away each inning and all students in attendance will be entered into the drawing.
Charles Henderson will face Rehobeth in a doubleheader on the day of the event.
The Trojans are currently 8-1 and the team was set to face Stanhope-Elmore in the Jason Armstrong Tournament in Montgomery. The game began later than scheduled and ended after press time.
The Trojans will return to action on Thursday in the tournament when they play Marbury. The tournament wraps up on Friday where Charles Henderson is set to play LAMP and Providence Christian.
Following the doubleheader against Rehobeth, the Trojans will open area play against Bullock County on March 15-16. The Trojans will travel for the first game then host a doubleheader on March 16.
