A Troy woman was arrested Thursday afternoon after police found moonshine and marijuana in her home.

Janice T. Grandberry, who lives in the 100 block of Carroll Street, was ticketed for the possession of untaxed alcohol and released at the scene.

Troy Police executed a search warrant, along with agents of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control about 2:30 Thursday afternoon.

Officers took the marijuana and some drug paraphernalia into evidence for possible further action at a later time.
