Former Troy first baseman Trae Santos has been selected to play in the Northwest League All-Star Game.

Santos, a 17th round draft pick of the San Diego Padres, is batting .265 with three home runs and 11 RBIs for the Eugene Emeralds. Santos leads the team in hits with 35.

The game is scheduled for August, 6 hosted by the Everett AquaSox.
