Every Friday, The Messenger will feature a Q-and-A with a local high school football player about life on and off the gridiron.
Q: What do you like about playing football for ZCHS?
A: It gives me a chance to show that I can use my abilities in good ways. I love this school, and I get to show that every Friday night.
Q: Why did you change from being a manager to player?
A: I just wanted to get out here and show what I can do.
Q: Favorite food?
A: I love fried chicken. It is full of protein and always tastes great.
Q: Favorite movie?
A: It has to be Remember the Titans. It is one of the best movies off all time, and shows you how football is supposed to be played.
Q: What will it take for you guys to get a win?
A: It all comes down to us the players. We have to read our keys, make the play and never give up. We will keep working every day to get the job done.
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: I like to hang out with my friends and family.
