Mr. William Dean Messick age 61 of Dothan died Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 25, 2013 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Curtis Faulkner officiating. Burial will follow in the Tick Hill Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy Directing.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Jeff and Missy Messick of Dothan, sisters Linnie Mae (Kenneth) Hill, Jeanette Corley, Martha Kate (Robert) Sport, Elizabeth (Henry) Faulkner, Linda (Ken) Young, his brothers Rayford (Georgiana) Messick, Parker (Sylvia) Mesick and Raymond (Ann) Messick.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ann Messick.

Active pallbearers will be Justin Atwell, Ricky Faulkner, Jake Little, Austin Howard, John Register, Wes Davis.
