County Commissioner Charlie Harris was found not guilty of sexual harassment in Troy Municipal Court.

Harris was arrested in July after allegations of inappropriate conduct toward a female county employee that was said to have taken place on July 22.

Both the woman who accused Harris and Harris appeared in court on Oct. 16, but the verdict in the case was not handed down until Friday.

Neither the victim, nor Harris, wanted to comment on the verdict.
