Shoppers in Troy took to downtown on Black Friday to take advantage of local deals. The Jim Bell Trio played Christmas tunes from the gazebo on the square to keep shoppers in the spirit as part of the Downtown Troy Tailgate series hosted by the City of Troy’s Public Relations and Tourism Office and the Pike County Chamber of Commerce.
