CHHS students cook for dinner theater

Sodexo has had a partnership with Charles Henderson for six years. This year Sodexo partnered with Charles Henderson to prepare and serve a gourmet meal for the first dinner theater event held on Nov. 22. While the theater department chaired by Judith Park performed the Culinary Arts students prepared and served a full meal, which included salad, rosemary and lemon chicken breast with pesto penne pasta and grilled vegetables and served a chocolate mousse tart for dessert.
