The Distinguished Young Women participants and little sisters held a fundraiser at Milky Moo’s in Downtown Troy Thursday. Forty percent of the ice cream sales went toward the scholarship funds for the program. Customers could also pay $1 to sign individual “good luck” posters, with all of that money going to the scholarship funds, as well. The DYW program is Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Claudia Crosby Theater at Troy University.
