Weekend motor vehicle accident (photos)

MESSENGER PHOTO/COURTNEY PATTERSON A two-vehicle motor vehicle accident occurred at the 172 mile marker on U.S. 231 early Saturday morning around midnight. According to Jesse Thornton with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, there were a total of three non life-threatening injuries and one in critical condition. The one suffering the critical injury was transported to Baptist South.
