A special publication inside today’s home-delivered editions of The Messenger showcases the health care opportunities available in our community.
HOME: Healthcare Options Made Easy is a comprehensive guide to both the services and the people who provide those services right here in Pike County. It is produced jointly by Troy Regional Medical Center, the Pike County Chamber of Commerce Health and Human Services Committee and The Messenger.
“The journey we have made to provide HOME for this community has been nothing less than inspiring for me as both a Chief Executive Officer and a Registered Nurse,” said Teresa Grimes, CEO of Troy Regional Medical Center. “I truly hope you see the magazine as we have intended … both a resource for your healthcare needs and a glimpse into the day-to-day operations of Troy Regional Medical Center. HOME fulfills one of our major goals for this year in the TRMC Strategic Plan and a personal goal for me … please enjoy!”
The magazine is more than a simple physicians’ directory, seeking instead to showcase the breadth of services available to meet a lifetime of needs.
“In addition to detailed information about the services available in Pike County and through affiliated centers in the Wiregrass, HOME shares insight into some of the Pike County’s best and brightest in the medical field – from family practice to sports medicine to educating the next generation of health care providers,” said Stacy Graning, publisher of The Messenger. “Their stories remind us why choosing home, for care and for a career, can be the best choice for us all.”
The edition is available inside home-delivered copies of today’s Messenger. Additional copies are available at The Messenger office, 918 S. Brundidge St.; the Pike County Chamber of Commerce; and Troy Regional Medical Center.
