The Troy Career Center will host a Veterans Benefits and Services Awareness event from 9 until 11 a.m. Friday at the Troy Sportsplex at 604 Enzor Road.

The primary areas of interest will be benefits, claims and employment services.

Staff from the Veterans Affairs Regional Office of Montgomery and the Troy Career Center will be available to speak to veterans and their dependents.

The event will be an opportunity to get answers regarding benefits, claims and services available to veterans.
