Shops around Downtown Troy had specials, sales and goodies this weekend for residents shopping their stores looking for Christmas gifts. The Downtown Troy Christmas Open House also brought Santa down from the North Pole Saturday to take photos with kids and Sunday to give families horse and buggy rides through the downtown streets on a crisp November afternoon.
