Harold Jeffrey (Jeff) Jones, 66, a resident of Greenville, Ala. died March 18, 2018. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. from the First United Methodist Church with Reverend Angie Long, David Gibson and Rob Fosset officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Interment will be at 3:00 p.m. in the Green Hills Cemetery, Troy, Ala. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dunklin & Daniel Funeral Home.

He was a graduate of Troy University, where he was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity. Jeff was retired from Southern Company (Plant Farley), MARC, and the Alabama National Guard.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Jerry Jones of Troy, Ala. and father-in- law, Travis Senn of Greenville, Ala. He is survived by his wife of almost 20 years, Wendy Senn Jones; two daughters, Jennifer Jones of Fairhope, Ala. and Brittany (Andy) Carpenter of Greenville, Ala.; two grandchildren, Abigail and Lucas Carpenter; mother-in-law Claudia Senn of Greenville, Ala.; one brother: Wade (Nancy) Jones of Dothan, Ala.; nieces: Haley (Chad) Mann of Huntsville, Ala., Collin (Baker) McConnell of Mobile, Ala., and nephew Preston (Caroline) Jones of Nashville, Tenn.; aunts June Rose of Troy, Ala., Montney Burkett of Troy, Ala., Mary Duncan Hall of Grenada, Miss. and uncle Sonny Williford of Troy, Ala.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Adams, Mike Autrey, Preston Jones, Duncan Lindsey, Kenny Perdue, Bobby Rogers, Dennis Scofield, and Fox Williford.

Memorials can be made to the Van Gillem and Sara Lou Beeland Scholarship Fund through First United Methodist Church.
