James Garth Hohlbaugh, 83, of Troy, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Crenshaw Community Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018, in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Matthew Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Mr. Hohlbaugh is survived by his children, Kimberly H Brown, James Wesley Hohlbaugh (Genia) and Julie H. Richburg (Jacky); brother, Richard Hohlbaugh (Camilla); grandchildren, Matthew Brown (Jennifer), Micah Brown (Brittney), Wesley Hohlbaugh, Lindsey Hart, Shannon Hicks (Thomas), Sheena Eagerton (Brad), Justin Richburg (Kim) and Taylor Hohlbaugh; 14 great-grandchildren; special friend, Betty Hunt and several nieces, nephews and other family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Ethel Hohlbaugh; his wife, Joanne Hohlbaugh; his son, Joseph Garth Hohlbaugh and his brother, Ray Allen Hohlbaugh.
