A Troy home became fully engulfed by flames Thursday night on Moulton Court.

Firefighters responded to the scene at approximately 8:45 Thursday night to find the structure already on fire throughout.

“(There was) fire showing from the doors and windows on all sides,” said Troy Fire Chief Michael Stephens. “Fire crews made entry into the burning structure and made an interior attack that achieved a quick knockdown of the fire, gaining control and allowing for search of any possible occupants inside. No one was found inside the structure and there
were no civilian or firefighter injuries.”

Stephens said the fire was noticed by neighbors who called 911 to report the blaze.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the City of Troy Fire Marshal.
