A Brantley man and his son were arrested Wednesday morning after burglarizing two homes in Goshen, according to authorities.
Sheriff Russell Thomas said deputies responded to a burglary in progress on Montgomery Street in Goshen at approximately 5:30 a.m.
Soon after, Thomas said deputies found Ronald Joe Parks, 36, of Brantley and a 13-year-old boy in a gray four-door Mercury.
Parks was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary in connection with the burglary of two residences on the same property earlier that morning, where Thomas said a variety of items were stolen.
