Otis Milford Stone, 84 of Troy, died Monday, July 22, 2019, at his home. Otis was a pillar of the community of Troy and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Otis always greeted everyone with a smile, handshake or a hug.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 27, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. from Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend Dave Kirby officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at Green Hills Funeral Home.

His survivors include his wife of 63 years, Louise Stone of Troy; daughter, Wendy Stone of Goshen; son, Michael Lawrence Stone of Hobbs, New Mexico; grandchildren, Hannah Lee Hinton of Goshen, and Samuel Alexander Stone of Troy; and numerous other family members and loved ones. Otis was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Marie Stone, and a granddaughter, Katherine Ann Lee.
