Ann Marie Hickman Hussey, 59, a resident of Troy, died Thursday, October 17, 2019, at her home. Funeral services were held Saturday, October 19, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Reverend Kathy Fisher and the Reverend David Kirby officiating. Interment followed in the Oak Grove Memorial Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation was held Friday, October 18, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Ann Marie Hussey was very active in the Oak Grove Methodist Church and was the secretary for the Oak Grove Memorial Cemetery. She was also the Alzheimer’s Support Group Facilitator in Troy for 20 years.

Mrs. Hussey is survived by her husband, Carl Hussey; mother, Mary Ann Hickman; brother-in-law, Bill Hussey (Missy); nephews, Shannon Hussey, Aiden Hussey, Keegan Hussey; niece, Lacey Peacock (Tommy); sisters-in-law, Jody Hussey, Holly Harrison; uncles, Mike Hattaway (Miriam), Ellis Ray Carr, Sr., Louie Frank Hickman, Larry Mcleod; aunt Glenda Horn, numerous nieces, nephews, many cousins and other family and friends.

The family would like to thank Kelli Cleveland, Peggy Kent and Terry Kersey for their kind care and concern during this difficult time.

She was preceded in death by her father Ray Hickman.

Serving as pallbearers were Buggie Carr, Ronnie Carr, Michael Hattaway, Jr., Brian Howard, Paul Roughton, and Jeff Kervin.

Honorary pallbearers were the Charles Henderson Class of 1978.
