The No.1 Charles Henderson Lady Trojans celebrated senior night with a 63-35 win over the Carroll Eagles on Friday night in Troy.

The Trojans, with the win, remain undefeated on the season, more importantly, still undefeated in area play.

After getting ahead early, the Trojans raced out to a 10-point lead in the first quarter and went into the second leading by 10 at 18-8.

The Eagles got back to within six at 23-17 midway through the second quarter. The Trojans answered and closed out the first half on a 15-0 run to take a 37-17 lead into halftime. Samira Moore scored eight of the 15-straight points and went into the break with 14 points.

The Trojans began the second half on a 7-0 run to take a comfortable 44-17 lead.

The Eagles were able to get to within 19 heading into the fourth quarter.

Moore finished with a team-high 29 points, while Niaira Jones finished with 15 points.

Following the conclusion of the game, the Trojans honored their three seniors Mykyia Miltion, Jones and Moore.

The Trojans will be back in action on Tuesday when they host the Prattville Lions.
