James “Jimmy” Ingram, age 82, died Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 2 pm from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy with Minister Byron Gibbs and Minister John Dickerson officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020  from 1 pm until 2 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Emily “Geretha” Ingram; sisters: Sue Jackson of Montgomery, Judy Jordan of Pine Level, Margie Nobles (Johnny) of Petal, Mississippi; sister-in-law: Audrey Gibbs of Selma; nephews: Derek Gibbs (Hannah) of Lebanon, Oregon – his children: Luke, Jacob, Jonathan, Lydia, & Benjamin Gibbs, Byron Gibbs (Cassie) of Galatin, Tennessee – his children: Devri, Emilyn, & Fordon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Compassus Hospice or the Mt. Moriah Cemetery Fund.
