Trojans hope to pick up first win of the season

The Charles Henderson Trojans will play their second Thursday night game of the season when they host Rehobeth at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
The Trojans enter the game in search of their first win with a 0-5 record. Rehobeth enters the game 3-3 on the season and 1-3 in region play.
The game, originally scheduled for a Friday night, was moved to accommodate the Troy Trojans who play their home opener on Saturday afternoon against Texas State.
The Trojans fell to a ranked No.7 Pike Road 50-0 last Friday night. The Trojans have been outscored 80-0 in their last two games. The Trojans were shutout by Williamson the week prior.
The Trojan offense has struggled to get going this season. The Trojans have been shutout three times this season have scored a total of 25 points in a total of five games.
The Rebels outlasted Greenville last Friday night, 19-16. The win for the Rebels snapped a three-game losing streak. One of which was by forfeit against Pike Road.
In their five games played the Rebels are averaging 22 points per game. Their season high came at the expense of Ashford when they defeated the Yellow Jackets 38-0.
On the other side of the ball Rehobeth has allowed 15 points per game and has forced two shutouts.
The two teams have met regularly since 2014. The Trojans have won all six of those meetings. They defeated Rehobeth last season 6-0.
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
