Raynell Thompkins Finch
Raynell Thompkins Finch, age 63, a resident of Millbrook, died Thursday, June 6, 2024 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 81, 2024 at 10 am from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge with the Rev. Larry Senn officiating. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery in Brundidge with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 80, 2024 from 4 pm until 6 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. If you knew Mrs. Finch you knew her heart. She loved fiercly and unashamed. She loved her family and treasured every opportunity she got to spend with them. Perhaps above all she loved her grandchildren and they were her pride and joy. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her Husband: James “Fred” Finch; children: Dawn Finch, Trey Finch, Halie Oakley (John); grandchildren: Rachel Horne (Dalton), Ryan Turner, Mason Oakley, Charlene Oakley; siblings: Marie Bryant Wright (Jerry Pennington), Terry Thompkins; and numerous nieces. nephews, cousins and other family.
She is preceded in death by her parents: John Ray and Nealie “Ted” Thompkins; siblings: Larry Thompkins, Jerry Thompkins, Eva Austin, Patricia T. Merritt; and grandson: John Ray Oakley.
Keven Edward
Grasson
Keven Edward Grasson, 59, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away peacefully on June 5, 2024. Born on April 8, 1965 in Germany, Keven was the son of Eugene “Gene” and Rose Grasson.
Keven was known for his sense of humor, his love of boating, and spending time around the poker table with his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Sewell and husband Corey; daughter Caitlin Callaghan and husband Eric; his grandchildren, Camden and Jaxon Sewell; his sister, Gail Johnson and husband Scott; his sister in law, Sherry Grasson; several nieces and one nephew. He is preceded in death by his mother Rose and his father Gene; his brothers, Mark and Steven Grasson. He will be deeply missed.
