• The Cougars are facing the 18th-toughest schedule this season (based on their opponents’ combined win total last year).
• Based on its opponents’ projected win total this year (76), Houston has the 24th-toughest schedule in college football.
• Using their Big 12 opponents’ combined win total last season, the Cougars will be facing the 50th-ranked conference schedule in terms of difficulty.
• In 2024, Houston’s schedule will feature eight games against teams which ended the season with winning records a year ago, including three games against teams that had nine or more wins and two games against squads with three or fewer wins in 2023.
