The Brundidge Historical Society will meet at 6:30 tonight in the basement area of Brundidge Methodist Church. All members and those who are interested in the folk arts programs that have put Brundidge on the map.
More than 26,000 people have enjoyed Alabama’s Official Folklife Play, “Come Home, It’s Suppertime.”
The BHS’ Pike Piddlers Storytelling Festival the last weekend in January attracts nearly one thousand each year.
Other BHS events include the annual Peanut Butter Festival, the Chili Country Christmas, “Well, It’s All Over Town” and other events.
The BHS welcomes new members or those who just what to “piddle” around from time to time and the arts opportunities in Brundidge.
