On Sept. 24, the Pike Liberal Arts Patriots earned a Class 2A, Area 3 volleyball win over the Goshen Eagles by a score of 3-0.

Pike won all three sets 26-24, 25-11 and 25-18. Alissa Barron led the Lady Pats with six kills and seven digs, while Camryn Brown tallied five kills and 10 digs. Amy Ramage tallied five aces, 10 assists and 10 digs, while Haylie Brown earned five aces and 10 digs.

For Goshen, Alyssa Sparks earned four kills and six digs, while Laila Hussey dished 17 assists with seven digs. Anicka Almine earned 21 digs and Alyssa Pippen chipped in with seven kills, one assist and 13 digs.
