Troy Bank & Trust will soon be renovating its former downtown Troy location at 300 North Three Notch Street.
TB&T announced the renovation on Oct. 31 and it will serve as the bank’s new TB&T Operations Center. The location originally served as TB&T’s main branch from 1963 until 1992.
The renovation project will begin on Monday, Nov. 4, and is expected to last 12-18 months. During this renovation, the downtown branch will continue to operate with normal business hours and operations. The North Three Notch Street entrance will be closed throughout the renovation process and access to the bank will be through the Walnut Street or Cherry Street entrances.
“We are pleased to be investing in Downtown Troy,” TB&T President and CEO Jeff Kervin said. “We expect our monetary investment in the former Troy Bank building, as well as the increased Troy Bank employees that will be locating there, will benefit the renaissance that is ongoing in the downtown area. It is exciting for us to return to our former building with our new Operations Center, and we know this will prepare us for the next phase of our future growth.”
