Troy’s Myles Rigsby named to All-America Watch List

On Thursday, Troy University sophomore basketball player Myles Rigsby was named to Bracketeer’s All-American Watch List.
The 2025 Bracketeer.org Non-Power Conference All-America team will feature the top players in Division I Basketball from non-power conference’s, which includes the America East Conference, ASUN, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, CAA, Conference USA, Horizon League, Ivy League, MAAC, MAC, MEAC, MVC, NEC, OVC, Patriot League, SoCon, Southland, SWAC, Summit League, Sun Belt Conference and WAC.
Rigsby was just one of four players from the Sun Belt to make the Watch List. The 6-foot-6-inch Fort Worth, Texas, native earned Sun Belt Freshman of the Year and All-Sun Belt honors last year after averaging 11.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals per game. He’s already been selected to the 2024-2025 Preseason All-Sun Belt Team, as well.
Bracketeer.Org will release its Non-Power Conference Player of the Year and All-America team in the final week of March, 2025. Troy opens the season next Monday, Nov. 4, at 6 p.m. at home against Toledo. Toledo’s Javan Simmons was also named to the Bracketeer.org All-American Watch List.
