Saturday Pike County crash claims life of Louisville man Johnny Davis

According to a release from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), a single-vehicle crash in the afternoon of Nov. 23 claimed the life of Louisville man Johnny L. Davis.
According to the release, the 50-year-old Davis was fatally injured when the 2007 Chrysler 300 he was driving left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. Davis, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Pike County Road 4409 near Alabama Highway 10, approximately three miles east of Brundidge in Pike County. ALEA Highway Patrol is investigating the crash further.
