The 2024 holiday season is in the books but the giving continues for those who are members of the Pioneer Museum of Alabama.

Throughout the year 2025, the Pioneer Museum of Alabama in Troy will welcome museum members during regular daily hours of operation and at special events throughout the year.

Barbara Tatom, museum director, said 2025 museum memberships will provide cultural entertainment throughout the year.

“The Pioneer Museum of Alabama is a 501© 3 organization that depends on benevolent support of its esteemed constituency to provide quality cultural programming and exhibitions. Annual memberships provide the giving the gift of heritage to friends and family.

Membership offers free admission all year long, Tatom said. “Other benefits include a 10 percent discount in the gif ship; exclusive member-only previews and exhibit openings.

Levels of membership are: Individual, $25; family, $60; Sustainer, $100; Photographer vendor, $200; Pioneer $250; Heritage, $500; and Underwriter, $1,000.

Memberships area available during museum hours and are also available on line.

Museum winter hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Thursday through Saturday through March 8, 2025. The museum is closed New Year’s week through January 4.
