Mrs. Louise Thompson Loflin, age 94 of Henderson died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 in FT. Walton.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend W.O. Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.
Visitation will also be Monday from 12:00 until 2:00 at the funeral home.
She is survived by her daughters and a son-in-law Rebecca and Ret CWO4 John Sanders of Ft. Walton, Donna Eldridge of Washington, D.C., grandchildren Bethani L. Sanders of Knoxville, Christopher Loflin Sanders of Cincinnati, Douglas Loflin Eldridge of Washington, sister-in-law Doris Thompson of Troy, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hiram Dawson Loflin, a son-in-law Colonel Gary Eldridge, a brother James “Buddy” Thompson, and her parents William Seth and Eunice Thompson.
Her children, grandchildren and a nephew will serve as pallbearers.
Memorial may be made to the Leukemia Society or Disabled Veterans.
