Four-vehicle collision occurs in front of CHHS

A four-vehicle collision occurred Tuesday afternoon in front of Charles Henderson High School on George Wallace Drive.
According to Troy Police Department spokesman Sergeant Benny Scarbrough, the collision occurred when one car struck another car’s bumper, setting off a chain reaction that eventually involved four vehicles.
There were no major injuries reported as a result of the collision.
One of the persons involved was transported to Troy Regional Medical Center for treatment of a minor injury.
According to eyewitness reports, the four people involved were all CHHS students.
According to eyewitnesses, those four students were Chris Hendrix, Brooke Hudson, Courtney Hill and Halee Dix.
The makes and model year numbers of the vehicle were not available Tuesday, nor were the details of the collision, such as which car collided with which and in which order.
