Embry Hester, age 84, of Troy, AL, died, Monday, August 16, 2010. Funeral services for Mr. Hester will be Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home with Reverend Bo Weed officiating.
Visitation will be, Wednesday, August 18, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Hester is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Hester; two brothers, Roy Hester and Emmitt Hester; three si sters Irene Mock, Jean Tadlock and Luvenia Coppage.
He is survived by two sons, Wayne Hester (Gloria) and Jerry Hester; one daughter, Linda Price; one brother, Ed Hester; two sisters Mary Smith and Oleta Folmar; two grandchildren, Cheyanne Price and Wesley Hester (Misty).
