Mr. and Mrs. Dwan Davis of Opp announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelley Shea Davis, to Michael Randall Phillips, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Phillips of Troy.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Hurley and Merle Kelley and the late H.L. (Bus) and Gracie Davis of Opp.

Kelley graduated from Opp High School and is a 2011 graduate of Troy University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in social work. She is currently employed at the Covington County Dept. of Human Resources.

The prospective groom is the grandson os the late Victor and Katie Dunn of Troy and the late Cleo and Carlene Phillips of Brundidge.

Michael graduated from Charles Henderson High School and is currently employed with K.W. Containers in Troy.

The wedding will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 2:30 P.m. at Ino Baptist Church in Kinston, Alabama. A reception will follow in the church family life center. All family and friends are invited to attend.
