The Troy City Schools Board of Education approved five personnel actions during a special called meeting Friday morning.

The board accepted the resignations of Tracey Thomas, reading coach at Troy Elementary School, and Lynne Brumbaugh, special education aide.

The board also approved the hiring of Kristi Lewis, reading coach at TES; Michael King, special education aide; and Whitney Hester, special education teacher.
